Absolute magician and respected colleague. Im very picky when it comes to chiros and this one is next level: attuned, gentle, multi-disciplinarian, and trauma-informed for frazzled nerves like mine.

The base of my spine feels so much softer after my appointment today! Every time I finish a session with Dr. Myles, I feel that my body has been transformed. For several days after, I'll feel a new level of ease in my body, and my breath and voice will be smoother and more resonant. I've been commuting here from Mountain View every week for the last several weeks because of how good the results are. I've had patterns of tension and anxiety in my body for a long time, which I feel I'm finally getting to resolve now. After these sessions, the areas that Dr. Myles has worked on will be much looser and tingly, again sometimes for days as things continue to shift.

I have been seeing Dr. Myles weekly for over a year now to rebalance the overuse and various injuries one acquires over many decades of prioritizing family, care giving and work. Their understanding of the body mechanics and stressors plus how to get all parts working together in harmony is amazing and is helping me feel and be whole again. They have taken me much further in pain relief and better mobility than what physical therapy, pain medication and Orthopedists previously provided. I highly recommend Dr. Myles!!!

The most impactful part for me of going to Dr.Myles is FINALLY having my internal experience of chronic pain validated and reflected back to me by a professional. I have experienced pain for decades that doctors can't figure out because I don't have an obvious break or tear. The way that Dr.Myles works is like they can put their hands on you and can read your body like a treasure map. They can use that information to then untangle the holding patterns in your body to bring your back into balance and have things become springy and work properly. Dr.Myles to me feels like some sort of body clairvoyant. I know they have trained extensively and continue their education constantly and at the same time their work feels like magic. It is apparent that they are working with the innate gifts that were given to them in this life. Other positives about Dr. Myles is that they are queer and provide trauma informed services. I have asked them to tap in and tap out when they are working on me and they consistently show up with that. They also have a relaxed environment and good music and I always feel like I relax noticeably on their table (often coming in anxious about being late and driving). It is a great nervous system recharge. Myles offers group sessions for a more affordable option than a private which is genius because as they adjust you and move between you and others your body has time to integrate the work they did before continuing with more work. This is the option I did because of cost and I enjoy it but if I could afford it I would 100% do privates with Myles.

Even though I have another chiropractor that I've been seeing for years, I met Dr. Myles socially and decided to check out their chiropractic services. Boy, am I ever glad I did! Their style is very gentle and yet it just dissolved the tension in my body. They do open adjustment, which means there are three tables in the big room and you may be one of two or three patients they are adjusting. This allows your body time to rest after each small adjustment, a system that I had never experienced, but that works very well, it turns out. The combination of Dr. Myles' adjustment methods and their easy, friendly manner are a terrific combination, whether you've never tried chiropractic before or been getting adjustments for years. I will definitely be back, and on the regular!
