Absolutely love DeMoss Chiropractic in Costa Mesa, I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming, calm, and professional. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away, which says a lot when you’re coming in with pain or tension. Dr. Billy is truly amazing at what he does. He takes the time to actually listen, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you understand what’s going on with your body instead of rushing you in and out. The adjustments are effective, precise, and tailored to your specific needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach. I noticed a difference in how I felt almost immediately, and the improvements only continued with each visit. Absolutely phenomenal experience at Demoss Chiropractic. Dr. Bill and Dr. Joe are the best, and the entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, they truly make you feel like part of the family. They clearly know what they’re doing and have everything you could need, inversion spinal decompression, decompression beds, hyperbaric therapy, red light therapy, and more. This is a place focused on real healing, not just short-term relief. I went in a couple months ago with my lower back out and ongoing sciatica pain that had me limping for months. Within a month I was feeling great, and two months later I feel phenomenal. I’m stoked to be dialed back in and excited to keep it this way for years to come. Thanks, Demoss Chiropractic!!

It’s been a process getting myself to walk normal again. From stretching twice a day to coming in my first time after I was barely mobil to do so, I was at about 80% pain and couldn’t even ride my motorcycle, let alone walk. And when I I mean I couldn’t walk, I could NOT walk without pain going through the roof. First visit… I was treated like family. From the incredible kind and caring people at the front desk. It felt like I was walking into the place I was meant to run into and find. Got taken care of immediately with X-rays, a pillow, then the next day was a foam block for my neck and collagen. Felt like I was being gifted on my birthday. As far as my adjustment on the first day, pain dropped down to 50% and was a relief. A big relief. I’ve waited some time to leave a review as I want to see progress and I just don’t give a business stars just because someone is nice or you had one good plate of food. I’m walking normal again, my pain is down to 20% or less. And the big part for me is. I’m back on the motorcycle in the streets and lifting weights again, where I couldn’t even pick up a 15lb curling bar before. It took me over a month to get to this position but I’m here and grateful and they delivered. Wonderful people, amazing help in chiropractic care from both brothers. If you want to get back on your feet? Put in the work yourself and let them put in more to aid in your step to keep moving forward.

I started coming to DeMoss Chiropractic a few months ago, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Billy is amazing—knowledgeable, passionate about his work, and truly dedicated to helping his patients. Most importantly, he helped relieve my pain. He also adjusts my 2-year-old son and is absolutely incredible with kids. My little one loves him! The entire office staff is wonderful as well—friendly, welcoming, and they really make you feel like family. Highly recommend!
