I have always enjoyed extreme sports—whether in the water or in the snow. However, over time, the strain placed on my neck led to a cervical disc problem. In my 30s, the pain was bearable. But as I entered my 40s, I started experiencing severe pain in my neck and cervical spine—so intense that it began to affect my sleep. Eventually, I had no choice but to undergo cervical disc replacement surgery. I hoped that the surgery would open a new chapter in my life, but unfortunately, the results were not completely satisfying. After the operation, I went through two years of rehabilitation, combining physical therapy and regular exercise. Despite my efforts, my neck never fully recovered to its original condition. During this time, I learned about upper cervical care and began receiving treatment from Dr. Park. In the first month, I didn’t notice much improvement. But by the second month, I began to feel positive changes in my body. As I continued receiving upper cervical adjustments, my stiff neck became more flexible and easier to move, and I started to feel overall improvement in my physical condition. It has now been about six months since I started visiting Dr. Park once a week, and my condition has greatly improved. The pain in my neck and even my back has been significantly relieved. My life has completely changed since starting my journey with Dr. Cecilia Park. Before this journey I suffered for years with pain.
