Dr. Heather at Nurture Family Chiropractic is amazing and so talented! I started going to her while I was in my 3rd trimester of my first pregnancy. She was able to make adjustments to keep me feeling balanced and mobile. She gave me a lot of confidence in preparation for labor as she said keeping the hips in good alignment would make for an easier birthing experience…and it really did! I’m happy to say I had an amazing time delivering my son. Now we take him to see Dr. Heather too! After his last visit with her where she addressed tightness in his neck (he has been favoring one side probably due to position in vitro) he slept completely through the night for the first time! I’m so glad we have Dr. Heather as a friend and resource and hope more families find her care.

I am so happy I found Nurture Family Chiropractic! My two and a half month old baby has been experiencing reflux and I also noticed stiffness in his neck and spine to the point where his head was mostly turned to his right. Heather worked on my baby and after 2 sessions his reflux is better and he is now turning his head freely to both sides! I can't believe what a difference I see in such a short amount of time! I would highly recommend Heather's services and her Chiropractic therapy for babies is so gentle and effective! Better to treat these things early on than wait until things could get worse. Thank you so much!

Nurture Family chiropractic is the best. I started seeing Dr heather when I was around 20 weeks pregnant and I’m so happy I started so early. I have had very minimal discomfort throughout my pregnancy and when I did get pains I would feel 10x better after seeing Heather. I am now 39 weeks and still feeling great! I’m looking forward to bringing my newborn to Dr heather once she’s born.

Heather is amazing! Our infant daughter had colic for the first several months of her life. We were desperate to help her, and a family member suggested we find someone who specializes in infant chiropractic care. I was nervous since this was all new to me but the moment I spoke with Heather, I knew were in good hands. She put me at ease and patiently explained everything. She even adjusted her weekend schedule so she could fit us in last minute. She was so friendly and kind - my baby warmed up to her very quickly! We noticed huge improvements with our daughter after only a few visits, and my husband started scheduling his own visits with her. Our family would highly recommend Heather!

We are so lucky to have been referred to Dr. Heather Valinsky via our birthing instructor! I saw her several times prior to delivering and she was absolute magic. She worked wonders on my body and the convenience of her being able to come to the comfort of your home to adjust you is so incredibly helpful, especially when you are super pregnant and uncomfortable! I had a fast and relatively easy labor and delivery and I attribute it to Heather preparing my body for this moment. On top of that, my recovery has been excellent. Heather came to our house shortly after delivery and she adjusted both myself and our baby girl which was fantastic. We cannot recommend her enough!
