Dr. Bamberger is amazing. I'm usually a normal for a different location, but was in Irvine on Tuesday so I swung on by after work and today was my 3rd day back in a row. He really took care of my neck, didn’t realize how much I needed it to be honest. Needless to say he took care of me and was easy to have a conversation with, would make an amazing Manager.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alba and Dr. Ito are the Dream Team! I’ve been to a few different chiropractors, but The Joint in Irvine is hands-down my favorite spot. The vibe here is just different, and it’s all thanks to the staff. First off, let’s talk about Alba at the front desk. She is literally a breath of fresh air! Her customer service is 10/10—she’s incredibly friendly and always has an amazing attitude. What I appreciate most is how she actually takes the time to help you understand all parts of the experience. You never feel like just another number; she really makes sure you’re taken care of from the second you walk in. But the real game-changer here is Dr. Ito. If you’re coming to this location, you HAVE to see her. She uses these amazing techniques that I’ve never seen or felt anywhere else. I’m not even kidding—everyone in the waiting room asks for her because she’s that good. Her adjustments are next-level and she really knows her stuff. Pro Tip: Ask for Dr. Ito, but be prepared to wait a few extra minutes because she’s in high demand for a reason! Between Alba’s killer service and Dr. Ito’s skills, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I love this location in Irvine and Dr Ito. I cannot recommend her enough. She is the absolute best. Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, takes the time to listen to you and give you the best treatment. I have been coming to her for over two years and l always leave feeling so much better each and every time. Just like I can’t go without my matcha, I can’t go without my Dr Ito visits. If you are in search of chiropractic care stop searching and come to this location to see Dr Ito.

In August of last year, 2025, I opted for the 4 sessions that monthly period from August 6 through September 6. I only made it 3 times during that time period, so wasnt too upset about just missing one session. Come to find out after the new year, they had been charging me $80 per month the entire time. I call to cancel and ask for a refund for the months from September through January. They stated they could only refund January and December and that I signed their contract stating it was continuously ongoing. They stated to call my bank and they may be able to remove the charges. This is very unethical as I was told in August that I was paying for August 6th through September 6th only and would see how I feel after and if I would like to continue. Obviously there must be language in the waiver I signed regarding this. Now come to find out my wife has been going through the same situation after looking back at credit card statements. I have tried calling for 2 weeks with no answer after I spoke with them previously about my cancelation. I finally decided to just show up to cancel my wifes "contract" as well and nobody is at the front desk for well over 10 minutes. I could stay any longer as my daughter has her volley all lesson. Attached are photos for reference. I will be contacting corporate since this location is now just simply unresponsive and unethical.
