John is truly a diamond in the rough. Not only is he highly skilled at adjustments, but he also takes the time to educate you about your pain so you can better understand your own body. He reviewed my X-rays, clearly explained the issues I was experiencing, and carefully walked me through the treatment process in a safe and reassuring way. I absolutely recommend him as your go-to. The staff was just as exceptional—attentive, friendly, and never left me waiting alone. They checked on me every few minutes, which made me feel genuinely cared for. Encino Chiropractic, Dr. Franco is Fantastic and very personable. I have been seeing Dr. Franco for over a year. I was having excruciating back pain with spasms, as well as, neck pain. Dr. Franco performed X-rays and showed me the root of my issues. He corrected my posture and after several adjustments eliminated my pain. I had not seen Dr. Franco in 6 months because I was traveling back and forth to Ohio. A week ago I could barely stand and my body had shifted to the left. I had 5 days to improve to catch my flight tonite. I knew I had to go to Dr. Franco. He performed adjustments; Thursday, Friday and Monday. He recommend the perfect size ice packs, I bought two to alternate, icing daily. I thought I was going to have to reschedule my trip, but thanks to Dr. Franco, I will be flying out tonight. I tried one other Chiropractor on one of my trips…no comparison. Dr. Franco is the best! I’ll be back to seeing him regularly when I return. I can’t say enough….he’s Amazing!!😊
