For the past 7½ years I’ve seen Dr. Simms at Back to Health in EDH every Monday, and his consistent adjustments have kept my back and neck in excellent shape. I’ve been going to Dr. Simms and his team at Back To Health Chiropractic for almost a year, and I can’t say enough good things about the care I’ve received. From the very first visit, they focused on understanding the root cause of my issues—not just treating the symptoms. I learned about subluxation (or, in simple terms, how small misalignments can affect the whole body), and I wish I had understood this aspect of wellness much sooner. Years of computer work and poor posture had really taken a toll on me. When I first came in, I was dealing with a painful exercise injury—I had extreme pain rolling over in bed, getting up, or even making the bed.
