Edited to add: still have not had anyone contact me to help resolve this. Zero stars. Went once for adjustment 9/30 and could not walk the next day. Had to go to the doctor. Called The Joint to see if I could cancel my contract. I was called back by a manager who said I could not be refunded for my initial visit but she would cancel and not charge the remainder of the contract. I understood and was happy with the compromise. A month later I was charged, and I called The Joint no less than 5x over the next several weeks asking to be called back by a manager regarding this. My last phone call I was not happy and apparently the lady who answered told me there were not any notes on my account and I would not be helped, per the manager and the owner, even though an employee stated they would terminate my contract.

Did the bare minimum. I guess because I'm on the month to month plan Dr. Alex felt he could push me into purchasing a second adjustment if he didn't perform the first correctly. Did not even attempt to address hip misalignment.

Had a great first experience with The Joint Chiropractic. Courtney, who greeted and checked me in for my appointment, was so sweet and personable. Dr Carrol made my back feel so much better. They both made me feel right at home! It was also a super quick and easy appointment and I love that they’re a walk in clinic!

Their service is extremely poor. The only thing that matters to them is money. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The receptionist is so rude that you’ll regret going there as soon as you see her. One physiotherapy session is worth a thousand times more than this childish game.

I went for a two month plan after getting my first AMAZING adjustment. I felt heard, taken care of, and relieved. It was quick, easy, and AFFORDABLE. I first went in with the notion I wasn't going to get this more than once but I now want it as much as possible. And that's after one visit. Thank you Joint Chiropractic
