If you need a massage or to let go of stagnant energy or to have a spiritual experience or to hysterically cry and get out all of your emotions or to completely veg out and relax and let your body naturally heal with the wonderful energy that is provided- look no further than Cristy. It is an absolute experience. I’ve gone to so many massage places around town and this is like no other experience. She has you breathe into your body and breathe out everything that no longer serves you and it’s definitely not a habit you’re used to, yet alone while getting a massage, but it does exactly what you need it to without knowing that that’s exactly what you needed. Cristy is absolutely incredible and you must get a massage with her to completely develop your own mind, body and soul with beautiful healing energy.

Dr Mariah is AMAZING!! I took my 3month old in to her to be adjusted and it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. And after the adjustment my baby was extremely happy and relaxed. It helped him be able to move more freely and has helped him sleep better and get after his milestones

THE most incredible team-based chiropractic healing center in the city. I’ve had the honor and privilege to receive care from everyone on the team at different points of my own health journey. I’ve been held by them at some of my darkest times going beyond just physical pain. The front desk staff are some of the kindest, considerate and compassionate humans you’ll meet as well. Dr. Brett Jones has curated a model of holistic care that all the doctors embody and effort to continue to improve while caring about who is actually in front of them. The energy of the space is expansive, clean and makes you want to get a cubby to hang out for beyond your adjustments. The open style concept of chiropractic care is unique AND it welcomes healing in a community. It is different, and may not be for everyone at the immediate moment but I’ve found it to be super powerful. It encourages connection within the practice amongst practice members as well as opens you up to receive care from the other doctors for another perspective. Whoever is open to lean into it, your life WILL change for the better as the team keeps getting better and people are getting results that go beyond just pain.
