this place was amazing , Vinny at the front desk was so friendly , effective and great to talk too !! Paperwork was so easy to fill out . I came in feeling pretty stiff and stuck in my neck and upper back . Dr Martino was incredible !! He really took his time and really listened to me. I walked out feeling sooo much better. Will be back ! Also some of the best prices I’ve seen ! Highly recommend

Dr. Martino is a Wizzard! Man knows whats wrong without even asking. I also really appreciate Vinny up front. I hate going to a Dr and being treated like another MRN# or insurance claim. Its refreshing to be able to have a human conversation with the front desk. Im used to. "You're checked in please sit down" all the staff are great but these are my 2 all-star!! 💯 recommended.

Great doctor and front desk staff. Great deals, definitely got a new costumer out of me. I read the reviews and saw one complaining about being pressured but I didn’t feel pressured. The doctor was encouraging me because a part of his job is consulting not just providing the chiropractic service. When I told them I will join a plan later when my schedule is more free they did not put me down or complain but were happy to give me the information to take home when I am ready! The atmosphere is so friendly and clean and very professional and the doctor making sure he knows our names and shakes our hand really is nice allowing me to feel comfortable. He also explained what he will do to make sure I was comfortable.

Dr. Martino is excellent. He is helping so much, even more than the other chiropractors I've seen here before. They are all good, but he is extraordinary for his work with me. The staff at the front desk is awesome when I come in. I dont mind if it ia busy and I have to wait a bit, the staff is very welcoming. Plus, they helped my wife and I out with a issue we had with billing. It is nice to see professionals working at every level.

I appreciated the time that was taken to explain what is wrong with my back. When the chiropractor realized I didn't understand the first time, he patiently explained it another way that I understood and provided me a treatment plan that will hopefully fix my issue. Everyone that assisted me was friendly and the whole process was quick. I used The Joint about 15 years ago and when I needed chiropractic care again I quickly remembered how professional they were back then. I definitely recommend them to anyone!
