Massage Room 3 at the back corner of the building is where my 90 minute massage was. I heard police sirens, dogs barking and non stop beeping of trucks backing up and what sounded like loading things into a dumpster. It was NOT peaceful.

Robert A. was incredible! From the moment the session began, it was clear I was in the hands of someone with tremendous experience and deep understanding of the body. His approach was both intuitive and highly skilled...zeroed in on every issue I didn’t even realize I was holding onto. I walked in with massive tension, chronic pain/aches, and a general feeling of burnout…and I walked out completely revitalized. It honestly felt like a full reset...not just physically, but mentally too. Robert took the time to listen, addressed every concern with care, and customized the experience perfectly. I’m extremely disappointed with the phone experience I just had with an employee named SJ. I called to schedule the remainder of my appointments, as no one had reached out to me, and I was hoping to continue with the massage therapists I’ve already seen. I truly appreciate Seattle’s care, attention to detail, and overall skill, and I’ve also had the pleasure of being massaged by Brenda, who is incredibly sweet. However, when SJ answered the phone, the interaction took a completely unprofessional turn. I asked a simple question, and instead of answering, she began talking over me and abruptly claimed she “wasn’t trying to argue.” When I tried to clarify, she accused me of being argumentative—despite the fact that I was just seeking an explanation because she wasn’t addressing the question directly. I’m not sure if your calls are recorded, but I strongly recommend management review this interaction and consider additional training. No guest should be made to feel belittled, dismissed, or disrespected. I even wished her a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, and she hung up on me mid-sentence. Everyone has bad days, but hanging up on a customer is unacceptable. If customer service is part of the job, professionalism should be too.

My massage therapist is awesome and I think she has super powers. She knows where you are hurting when you walk in. I don't know if she wants her name online. However there are many therapist at this establishment that are awesome. I have had over 40 massages in Year. I had thoracic spine surgery. I could not feel my back Muscles or parts of my legs. Now I can. Thanks to Peaceful Spirits Wellness and Massage !
