They have a giant banner in the front window advertising a new patient special that states that walk ins are welcome. I walked in more than 2 hours before they close and was turned away and told I would have to book an appointment on another day. I told them I was happy to wait, but the rejection was firm. Walk ins not actually welcome, I guess.

As a person struggling with back injury and pain as far back as my high school years, I found Dr. Orrin extremely capable, competent and knowledgeable. Dr. Orrin and his lovely staff are very friendly, energetic and kind. I've been seeing their outfit on and off since 2015 and every time, Dr. Orrin is able to correct my issue 100% and to a point where my body can recover self-sufficiently. Out of many Chiropractors I've seen over my lifetime, Dr. Orrin hands down provides the best care, advisements in a very practical way. Fantastic service at an affordable price! It simply can't be beat. Dr. Smith is very outgoing, kind and also very knowledgable. My back hurt soooo bad when I was pregnant, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get adjusted since it's quite difficult to lay down with a baby bump, but he had drop tables that allowed me to lay on my belly to get adjusted! It felt sooooo nice! He also adjusted my daughter after she was born. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up from the Ingram household!
