It has been a little over a year since I began my entrainments with Dr.Joanne Halpert at Inspired Healing. I am part of the "Baby Boomer" generation so some of my issues have been around for awhile. I have had vast improvements in my posture. I am almost normal, I don't lean to one side anymore, and my head is close to being in the right place. My spine has good alignment so my cervical neck area functions nicely and pain is pretty nonexistent. The entrainments along with doing SRI with Shelia and at home have helped to reorder my thoughts and actions making my well- being a priority I also want to give a shout out to staff Kat and Maya for always being so pleasant and helpful. Two years ago I herniated my L5S1 disc. For most of that time I lived in fear of flare ups or reinjury. Since starting care at Inspired Healing last spring, I have had no flare ups, my back has been able to relax and recover, and I am back to doing all of activities I enjoyed before my injury.

I’m so incredibly grateful that my family and I found Inspired Healing. Inspired Healing has amazing staff, love her little dog! I have been feeling so much better since I've been seeing Dr Joanne. I have really enjoyed learning about subluxation and focus breathing. They teach you how to use your tools to help with anxiety, aches and pains and more. You can use these tools everyday to feel better.
