Do not book with them if you have Banner for insurance. I'm not even sure what the chiropractor is like, because even though I told the receptionist I had banner Health and asked very specifically if they accepted my insurance she said, "yes absolutely" -only to then tell me, after a 45 minute drive, "I'm sorry we don't accept your insurance but you can pay out of pocket." Absolutely unprofessional, just a disgraceful way to get cash out of people who need health services. Not an honest mistake. I asked more than once for reassurance.

Dr. Valenzuela was friendly and knowledgeable. He carefully reviewed my several decades long orthopedic history, explained my most severe orthopedic condition in detail, and suggested mechanized spinal decompression therapy to relive my most pressing pain, post-treatment care, and several treatment options and schedules. I was happy and grateful for his evaluation and suggestions. I immediately started Dr. Valenzuela’s recommended treatment and post-treatment. I look forward to my upcoming treatments.
