Amberlyn was amazing, I feel completely rejuvenated and relaxed after she focused on my troublesome shoulder and a full body massage. I have so much more space and range of motion after my session with her. The office is very professional and welcoming, and the price was reasonable for 90 minutes.

Agree with the last 1-star review. This place is absolutely running a hustle. No transparency about their rates and extremely rude when I tried to call and discuss this with them. The experience talking to them is why I’m leaving this review. I was accused of not trying hard enough to speak with billing even though I was the one to call to talk and I feel I’ve been communicative and cooperative with them. I tried multiple times to ask the woman if we could please have a conversation without cutting each other off because she would not let me get a word in as soon as she realized I wasn’t in full agreement with how they do things. Told her I really did not want to argue because she kept getting very argumentative and would not let me speak. Then another woman chimed in on the phone and hung up on me. Very unprofessional behavior and seems similar to the last review in that as soon as you start asking these folks questions, they get rude and hostile.

This place is running a hustle. I called to book a new patient appointment because they advertised a new patient special and then was told my max out of pocket for the first visit was $250, and it was implied that was up to $250. Nope! There was no new patient special, and once I got through the door, up to $250 turned into $300 minimum. It was literally the rudest reception I've ever had at a clinic. I guess I just wasn't desperate enough or inexperienced enough to allow them to work their hustle on me beyond that point. They need to update their website to reflect their actual practices. In it's current state, it's misleading at best.

The staff are really great and kind. The only issue I have is that today I received a text from them. It didn’t state who it was from or what outstanding balance it was for. I got on the phone and called the number that texted me. When I spoke with billing they stated they have sent me many texts about my balance but this was the first one I have received. Okay fine, they told me they have been sending mail to me. However I have move and have not received anything even with the forward of address probably because the post office is losing things left and right like a check I was supposed to receive a month ago and still haven’t. Not the point I spoke with the billing department and it seems like they were just wanting to get the money out of me or have me set up a payment plan instead of listening to my situation. At the moment I am broke I have a 1 year old just got back to work after almost five months of now working. My main point is my issue is the text that they sent me was horrible no name as to who it was and it just Sounded all around disrespectful
