Dr. Jake has truly transformed this chiropractic clinic! The facility has seen impressive upgrades. In addition to the fantastic equipment already available, he is also introducing new chiropractic tools to enhance patient care. Overall, he is an exceptional chiropractor who genuinely listens to your concerns and prioritizes his patients' well-being. I've been seeing him for a couple of years now and have every intention of continuing my care with him!

Friendly staff who are motivated to help you. Easy scheduling, convenient text reminders for appointments. Clean and relaxing atmosphere throughout the clinic. I know that I'm in good hands (literally 😆) and I feel much better in their care.

Dr. Dana has been imperative in my recovery. When I first went to arctic chiropractic for physical therapy I was only able to walk using a walker. In only a couple months time, I am basically walking freely again. Dr. Dana’s positive attitude, uplifting spirit, and willingness to help have made this process 100x more bearable and I am excited to go back for an appointment each time. The progress I have made has been leaps and bounds and it can be almost entirely attributed to Dr. Dana. Her expertise, knowledge, and dedication to her job put my mind at ease knowing I am in good hands. I put my full trust into her and the process. The results have only followed. I am so thankful for all the staff at Arctic Chiropractic and Physical Therapy (Lake Otis office). The front office is friendly, professional and always willing to make my schedule what I need. The therapists have helped me increase my range of motion after an intensive cervical fusion. I know there is still lots to do on my road to recovery and they are giving me the skills to be successful. All the staff have been greatly sensitive to my needs. I would like to single out Rihannoa, a wonderful massage therapist, for the special adaptations she makes to help me each session. The whole office is welcoming and supportive and I will refer my friends and family in the future.

The front waiting room was calm, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very pleasant and courteous with genuine concern. Dr Dana was very attentive and thorough in discussing my pains and issues as well as communicating and discussing with me a course of action and resolve. I've been to many treatment therapeutic and chiropractors over the years this is truly one of the nicest places I've ever been in both facilities and staff and the results that I'm having just after 2 weeks has been amazing I truly recommend Arctic Chiropractic to anyone seeking real help and success.
